While I consider myself a baby wearing mom, I don’t consider myself a baby wearing expert. Only because there are many ways and products available for wearing our babies and I have not mastered them all. But, as a mom to three I have tried a lot. I love wraps for the young newborn days, and slings for pretty much anytime, and soft structured carriers are my go to the rest of the time. Baby wearing has helped me juggle multiple children and run errands at the same time.
So, while I thought I knew a lot about baby wearing and was familiar with most of the big brands, I had never heard of or tried Soul Slings based out of India. I discovered them recently and was given the opportunity to try out some of their products. Let me say I am impressed. While I may not be an expert, as a mom who has tried a lot of baby carriers these are right up there with the best. I’ve recently been wearing my baby in the full buckle Dusk colored carrier and it is perfect. The 100% linen material is soft, breathable, and comfortable in a way many carriers I have tried are not. It has a hood with reach pads, and so many ways to adjust it. The buckles and padding are extensive. I seriously loved this carrier from the moment I tried it on and it fit my baby and me perfectly. She is almost a year old and 20 pounds by the way. The carriers come in many beautiful color options and I had a lot of trouble choosing one.
