The past two weeks I have gone my longest without a post since I started blogging. I decided to give myself a break and take the rest of the year off once I finished my last December post. I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday and is ready to start off 2016 on the right foot! I have plenty planned for this year for my blog and my life. I can’t wait to get started!

I live outside of Washington DC and decided to take my kids into the city over the break to visit the Smithsonian Natural History Museum. I love all of the Smithsonian museums and have visited them repeatedly, but this one is especially great for kids. So until I get back to the blogging grind, here are some photos from our recent visit!

I love visiting all of DC’s museums too, and can’t wait to take my little guy soon! Ha, I took a month break from blogging too.. just not enough hours in the day at the end of the year! Ps. Happy New Year!
